Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent genome-wide plant gene function identification system and method. The method includes the steps of S1, transferring a recombinant plasmid containing the target gene into a nutritional culture medium, inducing to form a transgenic hairy substance, and allowing the hairy substance to grow into new tissue; S2, performing dialysis on the new tissue; S3, taking a0.32mm film through cutting, placing the film into 100% glucose for 10 seconds until the film is sufficiently impregnated and becomes semitransparent, and shaking for 3 minutes; S4, using a marking probe to mark the film; S5, inserting an RNA probe into the film, and injecting trace engineering nuclease to perform detection; S6, generating DNA double-strand break to activate a plant endogenous repairing approach, and using genome editing to perform site-specific mutagenesis and deletion on target points or gene insertion or replacement to achieve a gene detection function. The method is accurate in detection, low in cost, short in detection cycle and worthy of popularization.
