Abstract
The invention belongs to the fields of a micromachining technology and a 3D (Three-Dimensional) micro printing forming technology, and relates to an integrated cell 3D (Three-Dimensional) dynamic culture micro device and a manufacturing method thereof. The integrated cell 3D dynamic culture micro device is formed by a cell sample introduction layer, an intermediate transition layer and a 3D culture layer, wherein the intermediate transition layer having a through hole structure is used for connecting the cell sample introduction layer with the 3D culture layer; cells can enter a culture pond through a cell sampling passage on the cell sample introduction layer; a cell culture 3D support is integrated in the culture pond. According to the integrated cell 3D dynamic culture micro device disclosed by the invention, integration of the cell culture 3D support is carried out in a zone of the culture pond by combining the micromachining technology and adopting a 3D micro printing technology,and in-vitro 3D dynamic culture of the cells is realized; an in-vivo extracellular matrix where a cell carrier is located is simulated by the cell culture 3D support in the culture pond, and importantsignificance in researching growth, proliferation, spreading and physiological representation of the cells is obtained; a near-body micro environment for cell in-vitro 3D culture is constructed, andthe integrated cell 3D dynamic culture micro device is suitable for 3D culture of the cells, drug screening and tissue engineering.
