Injection type tissue engineering bone repair material

Abstract

The invention discloses an injection type tissue engineering bone repair material, which includes a carrier scaffold and seed cells. The seed cells are attached to the carrier scaffold to form a complex with a bone tissue three-dimensional structure and physiological activity. The bone repair material is characterized in that: the carrier scaffold is an injectable material chitosan-beta-tricalcium phosphate compound, which is then compounded with the seed cells. The seed cells are the third generation bone marrow stroma stem cells at 10<7> orders of magnitude. According to the invention, experimental results prove that the chitosan-beta-tricalcium phosphate composite scaffold material has good compatibility with BMSCs (bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells), and is a feasible injectable tissue engineering bone scaffold material. Injectable tissue engineering bones constructed by the composite material have broad clinical application prospects.
