INJECTABLE HYDROGELS DERIVED FROM PHOSPHORYLATED CALCIUM ALGINATE COMPLEXES

INJECTABLE HYDROGELS DERIVED FROM PHOSPHORYLATED CALCIUM ALGINATE COMPLEXES

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a porous injectable hydrogel including a phosphorylated calcium alginate complex, and to a hydrogel manufactured by the manufacturing method. The injectable hydrogel derived from a phosphorylated calcium alginate complex is manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention. The injectable hydrogel is physically stable; provides a microenvironment advantageous to cell growth; and provides excellent effects to cytotoxicity and cell transmission. Therefore, the hydrogel of the present invention can be used in soft bone and soft tissue engineering by providing a microenvironment beneficial to 3D capsulation of cells.
