23 Jul Injectable hydrogel with controlled release capacity and for tissue engineering, and application thereof
Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of biomedical engineering materials, and specifically relates to an injectable hydrogel with controlled release capacity and for tissue engineering, and an application thereof. The injectable hydrogel (shown as a formula I) with controlled release capacity and for the tissue engineering is formed by bonding two or more polymers shown as the formula II via dehydrogenation reactions between phenol or aniline parts of adjacent polymers. The polymers shown as the formula II are formed by co-grafting heparin and tyramine on skeleton of the polymers in a parallel manner. The injectable hydrogel with controlled release capacity and for the tissue engineering can form a gel in situ after being injected, has good controlled release capacity and good biological stability and mechanical strength. The formula I and the formula II are shown in the description.
