Abstract
The invention relates to an injectable hemostatic hydrogel material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: binding gelatin and tyrosine by adopting a cross-linking agent, further introducing hydrogen peroxide to prepare injectable functional hydrosol, enabling hemoglobin with peroxidase catalytic activity in blood to catalyze tyrosine peroxide encapsulated in the hydrosol, and forming high-strength hydrogel so as to achieve an effect of rapidly stopping bleeding. By utilizing the catalytic function of the hemoglobin in the blood, the hemostatic hydrogel can realize rapid change from a sol state to a gel state. The material disclosed by the invention has the functions such as rapid hemostatic ability, antibacterial property, drug-loading sustained release characteristics and injectable property, and has huge application value in the fields of biomedical materials and tissue engineering.
