Abstract
The invention relates to injectable cartilage repairing hydrogel and a preparation method thereof and belongs to the technical field of biochemical engineering. The injectable cartilage repairing hydrogel with a long-lasting slow-release growth factor is successfully prepared from materials such as aminated chondroitin sulfate, oxidized dextran and a sealing growth factor, namely sodium alginate microspheres. With the adoption of the sodium alginate microspheres in the hydrogel, long-lasting slow release of the growth factor is achieved; in addition, the aminated chondroitin sulfate and the oxidized dextran form the hydrogel through a Schiff base reaction, so that the purpose of injection of the hydrogel can be achieved, and convenience can be brought to clinical operation. The injectablecartilage repairing hydrogel provided by the invention has good biocompatibility and a cartilage induction repairing capability, and has a remarkable promotion function on regeneration of damaged cartilage tissue.
