Abstract
The invention discloses an injectable bone repair material and a preparation method therefor, and belongs to the technical field of constructing artificial internal organs through a tissue engineering method in biomedical engineering. The injectable bone repair material is a composite body composed of a support material and seed cells, with a stereo structure and physiological activity. Injectable fibrin glue is employed as the support materials, and human autologous marrow matrix stem cells are cultured to obtain seed cells. The seed cells are human marrow matrix stem cells. The histocompatibility of the human marrow matrix stem cells and fibrin glue is good, and the composite constructed bone repair material can cure clinic bone ununion successfully. The repair material integrates advantages of a cell therapy and the support material, a new means is employed, a bone ununion therapeutic method with minimal injury and complications is provided, and the repair material has wide clinic application prospects.
