Abstract
The initiator, initiation adjuvant, deionized water and polymer monomer with biological compatibility are mixed according to a certain proportion, and prepared into uniform solution, then reacted in constant temp. water bath so as to obtain the injectable water gel which can be used in cartilage tissue engineering. Said invention can provide the injectable water gel support with rapid gelatification speed, constant gel temp., large gel strength after formed, strong water-holding capacity, quick degrading speed and good biological compatibility.
