Induction medium for forming hair papilla cells from induced pluripotent stem cells and induction method

Abstract

The invention provides an induction medium for forming hair papilla cells from induced pluripotent stem cells. The induction medium comprises the following components in concentration: 150-250mmol/l of adenine, 4-8ng/ml of FGF-2, 1-4mmol/ml of glutamine, 0.2-0.5[mu]g/ml of hydrocortisone, 8-12[mu]g/ml of insulin, 80-150[mu]g/ml of transferrin and 8-12ng/ml of sodium selenite. By adoption of the induction medium provided by the invention, on the basis of a Williams culture medium, specific cell factors and complements are added, so that the probability that the induced pluripotent stem cells (ips) are differentiated to hair papilla cells is increased, and seed cell sources are provided for skin tissue engineering. In addition, the invention further provides an induction method for forming the hair papilla cells from the induced pluripotent stem cells. The induction method comprises the following steps: inoculating embryoid bodies of the induced pluripotent stem cells into the induction medium, and performing induction culture, thereby forming the hair papilla cells.
