Abstract

The inducing culture medium comprises MS+1.5mg/L 2, 4-D+0.4mg/L6-BA+20g/L sucrose+6g/L of agar powder, and the pH value of the culture medium is 5.8. Meanwhile, the invention discloses an inducing multiplication culture method of the inducing culture medium. By using the inducing culture medium of the malus domestica borkh pulp callus tissue and the inducing multiplication culture method of the inducing culture medium, the pulp callus induction rate is up to 100%, a new approach is provided for the molecular biology and genetic engineering research of malus domestica borkh, a novel test material is provided for the genetic engineering research and gene transformation of the malus domestica borkh, and meanwhile a reference is also provided for the culture of malus domestica borkh pulp calluses.
