23 Jul Induced differentiation of NSC into dopaminergic nervecells and its use
Abstract
The invention involves biomedical field, the aim is to provide a kind of method to differentiate neural stem cells into dopaminergic nerve cells. The invention uses WNT3a gene to transfect NSC, dopamine precursor cells are amplified by the inducing signal, the inducing signal is produced by the downstream gene expresssion triggered by WNT3a gene expression. Then add ascorbic acid AA, induce neural stem cells into dopamine neurons. The induction system not only provides massive cell preparations for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease and other neurodegenerative diseases, but also provides a cell model for drug development and screening of treatment of Parkinson’s disease and other neurodegenerative diseases. The invention has an excellent prospect in regenerative medicine with the foundation in genetic engineering, cell engineering and the tissue engineering. and it will have a tremendous social and economic benefits.
