Abstract
The utility model discloses an in-vitro dynamic three-dimensional stereo cell tissue cultivator used in biological and medical in-vitro cell tissue engineering research and clinical application. The cultivator is composed of an upper part and a lower part which are connected with sealing interfaces, wherein a top sealing cap of the upper layer has a structure comprising a surface with holes and a microporous filter membrane; a structure comprising a bottle port and a bottle cap is arranged at the middle of the sealing cap; with the bottle port, under a sterile condition, a culture can be subjected to microscopic observation with an optical fiber endoscope; or a culture live specimen can be collected, and culture growth status can be detected; a middle division plate composed of a membrane pressing frame, a microporous filter membrane and a sieve plate with holes is arranged at the middle of the lower layer, such that the lower layer is separated into relatively independent upper and lower chambers; a prepared artificial biological carrier material can be placed on the middle division plate; connection pipes penetrating the sidewall are respectively arranged on the sidewalls of the upper and lower chambers at opposite or asymmetrical positions; the outer ends of the connection pipes are connected to microporous filters, such that sterile liquid can be inputted and discharged. Meanwhile, a culture solution can flow orderly, such that the culture is maintained in a dynamic environment.
