Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of biomedical engineering and specifically relates to an in vitro-constructed tracheal substitute and a preparation method of the in vitro-constructed tracheal substitute. A tissue-engineered epithelial tissue is constructed in vitro and implanted onto the inner surface of the tracheal substitute to prepare a tissue-engineered trachea. The invention adopts vascular endothelial cells from various sources for reconstructing a capillary network of the dermal layer of the tissue-engineered epithelial tissue, and two revascularization methods are used to quickly communicate the capillary network in the dermal layer with the blood supply channel of a receptor, thus providing blood to the epithelium of the tissue-engineered trachea. The invention solves a difficult problem of epithelization of the tracheal substitute.
