23 Jul In-situ cross-linked gamma-polyglutamic acid hydrogel as well as preparation method and application thereof
Abstract
In-situ cross-linked gamma-polyglutamic acid hydrogel as well as a preparation method and application thereof are disclosed. The method includes mixing a PBS buffer solution containing a gamma-polyglutamic acid polymer modified with cysteamine molecules and a PBS buffer solution containing a gamma-polyglutamic acid polymer modified with glycidyl methacrylate molecules, and molding. Through a Michael addition reaction between sulfydryl groups on the cysteamine molecules and carbon-carbon double bonds on the GMA molecules, gamma-polyglutamic acid is crosslinked together to form hydrogel with a three-dimensional network structure, the disclosed hydrogel has the advantages of good biocompatibility, biodegradability, in-situ injection molding and the like, implementation conditions are mild andcontrollable, and the hydrogel can be applied to the fields of medical dressings, tissue engineering materials and the like.
