Abstract

The preparation method of the II type collagen hyaloplasm acid compound sponge bracket comprises the following steps of: extracting high-purity II type collagen solution; concentrating the II type collagen solution by means of a polyethylene glycol concentration method; gradually mixing hyaloplasm acid solution with the high-purity II type collagen solution by means of a partial homogenate method; and crosslinking the concentrated II type collagen hyaloplasm acid compound sponge with EDC and NHS dual cross-linking agent to obtain the II type collagen hyaloplasm acid compound sponge bracket. The II type collagenhyaloplasm acid compound sponge bracket can be taken as a tissue engineering implant, a cell culturing bracket material or medicine controlled release and the like for the prevention and the cure of the repair of the cartilage injury.
