Abstract
The invention provides an identification method, primer set and reagent kit for DFCs. According to proteomics results of DFCs, in accordance with HEXB genes, a specific primer is designed, and the specific primer is used for distinguishing and identifying the DFCs and other similar-source stem cells. Because the primer is high in specificity, the primer is free from interference by heteroplasmy ofsamples, and results are stable and reliable. The identification method comprises the steps of extracting cell total RNA, performing reverse transcription to obtain a cDNA formwork, and performing real-time fluorescent quantitation PCR. The method is free from surface marker identification based on a fluorescent antibody, so that massive time and instrument and reagent cost are saved. The identification method is good in sensitivity, has high reference value for distinguishing DFCs from other stem cells and dentistry tissue engineering, and is suitable for promotion and application.
