Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: processing a chicken spleen tissue sample which serves as a test material, enriching methylation DNA, verifying, amplifying and purifying, and then sequencing; and identifying the gene taking an effect of methylation regulation in chicken salmonella enteritidis inflection by identifying gene methylation difference and analyzing gene functions and signal paths in accordance with change in a gene methylation difference multiple.
