Abstract
The invention relates to an I-type collagen gel-based preparation and filamentation method for cell microspheres. At present, for seed cell proliferation, manual culture is performed through common methods of still adopting a culture dish, a culture flask or a multilayer cell culture device; the collection and the inoculation of seed cells are still manually completed through centrifugation, thereby, the demand that tissues with complicated forms are constructed in tissue engineering cannot be met. According to the I-type collagen gel-based preparation and filamentation method for the cell microspheres, a traditional cell proliferation passage mode is changed, and culture solution is adopted to flow to form a lift layer of a fluidized bed to perform suspension culture and proliferation on the cell microspheres, thereby, the content of epimatrix of cells is increased; the state that the positions of the cells cannot be controlled by a cell suspension in the process of cell inoculation and cell therapy by prepared I-type collagen-coated active cell microsphere silk yarns is overcome; a great number of cell microsphere silk yarns with different types is provided for accurately constructing complicated tissues and organs.
