23 Jul Hydroxypropyl chitosan/isolated soybean protein composite film, and preparation method and applications thereof
Abstract
The invention discloses a hydroxypropyl chitosan/isolated soybean protein composite film, and a preparation method and applications thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: evenly mixing a hydroxypropyl chitosan solution (5-6%) and an isolated soybean protein solution (9-10%) according to a ratio of 10:90-90:10; adding epoxy chloropropane accounting for 20 to 100% of the total weight of hydroxypropyl chitosan and isolated soybean protein, evenly mixing to carry out crosslinking, carrying out centrifugation to remove foams, pouring the solution on a flat plate, naturally drying the solution in the air to obtain a film; neutralizing the film by a diluted acetic acid solution until the film becomes neutral, washing the film by flowing water for at least 48 hours, and naturally drying the film in the air again to obtain the composite film. The composite film has the advantages of low cytotoxicity, good blood compatibility, and good biocompatibility, can be used as a matrix for cell adhesion, can promote the cell growth, can be used as a cell and tissue engineering scaffold material, and has a potential application prospect in biomedicine and clinic.
