23 Jul Hydrophilic unsaturated aliphatic polyester, and preparation method and application thereof
Abstract
The invention relates to an unsaturated aliphatic polyester, and particularly a hydrophilic unsaturated aliphatic polyester. The polyester is one formed by linear random arrangement of a structural unit shown in a chemical formula (I) and a structural unit shown in a chemical formula (II) according to a mole ratio of (3:7)-(7:3), the number-average molecular weight is 4000-10000, and the polydispersity index is 1.84-2.36; and the unsaturated aliphatic polyester is prepared by performing ring-opening copolymerization on glycidyl methacrylate, ethylene glycol triglycidyl ether and butanedioic anhydride. The unsaturated aliphatic polyester provided by the invention is used for preparing a tissue engineering scaffold; and the scaffold has favorable elastic modulus and swelling properties, and is low in cytotoxicity, favorable in biocompatibility and high in cellular affinity.
