23 Jul Hydrogel having wound repair function and preparation method of hydrogel
Abstract
The invention discloses a hydrogel having a wound repair function and a preparation method of the hydrogel. The preparation method of the hydrogel comprises the following steps: I, immersing an aggregated cellulose raw material in a combined water system; II, freezing one piece of a mixture constituted by the aggregated cellulose and the combined water system to minus 15-21 DEG C, and then conducting stirring and unfreezing at 25-40 DEG C, so as to obtain a cellulose hydrosol that molecular water is uniformly dispersed; III, pouring the hydrosol to a square mould and immersing the square mould in neutral distilled water, wherein the temperature of the distilled water is 20-40 DEG C; and finally, rinsing the hydrosol until the hydrosol is neutral, so as to obtain the hydrogel which is constructed by cellulose nanometer microfibers, nano zinc oxide and water. The hydrogel prepared by the invention is good in cell adhesion and high in strength, and the hydrogel, which has a wound healing promoting function, can be used as a skin wound dressing and a tissue engineering scaffold material.
