Abstract
The present invention relates to hydrogel with improved biocompatibility and mechanical strength as a ternary copolymerization unit comprising alginate, acrylate monomer and a poly (ethylene glycol) diacrylate (PEGDA) crosslinking agent, wherein the alginate is the main polymer of the ternary copolymerization unit and the ternary copolymerization unit is made of a gel polymer network; and a producing method of the hydrogel. By using the above, the present invention provides biocompatible hydrogel having improved drug release properties or biocompatible hydrogel capable of improving cell viability, which can be applied to various fields such as tissue engineering supporters, injection gel, 3D printing materials and drug carriers.
