The invention relates to a degradable environmental sensitive hydrogel, mixing poly-lactic acid with epoxy compound, adding in 30wt%-50wt% of inorganic alkali water solution, making copolymerization reaction at 0 deg.C-120 deg.C for 2-20 hours, and obtaining the hydrogel. The hydrogel can act as biodegradable material to be used in the fields of medicine controlled release, tissue engineering, soil water storage or desert control, etc. The raw materials sources are rich, the preparing method is relatively simple. The hydrogel has excellent water absorbing property, and its swelling behavior can be automatically regulated and degradable with the variation of environmental acid salt tolerance and organic solvents, and has wide application prospect in many fields of agriculture, environment, biomedicine, etc.
