23 Jul Hyaluronate-based self healing hydrogel and use thereof
Abstract
The present invention relates to a hyaluronate-based hydrogel capable of self-healing, and a use of the same. According to the present invention, a hyaluronate-based hydrogel which is biocompatible due to not using a chemical crosslinker or dispersant while having self-healing ability may be provided. The hyaluronate-based hydrogel according to the present invention may be effectively used as a carrier for physiologically active substance, for examples, in the regeneration of artificial organs for tissue engineering, or as an anti-wrinkle agent, an agent for regenerating and treating nerves, bones and cartilages, a dressing foam for treating burn wounds or for cosmetic purposes, or a drug for treating arthritis and cancer. Additionally, the hyaluronate-based hydrogel according to the present invention may be beneficially used as an alternative material for 3-dimensional bio-printing ink due to having self-healing ability.
