Abstract
The invention discloses a humanlike elastin and a method for producing the humanlike elastin by using a genetic engineering strain. The production method of the humanlike elastin comprises the steps of: constructing an engineering strain capable of expressing the humanlike elastin, fermenting and culturing the engineering strain, inducing expression and purifying the humanlike elastin. The engineering strain obtained by the method can efficiently and solubly express the recombinant humanlike elastin, and simultaneously, the recombinant humanlike elastin has the characteristics of high molecular weight, low immunogenicity and the like, can be used as an additive for drug carriers, skin dressing and cosmetics, and also can be used for preparing a tissue engineering scaffold material.
