Abstract

A Human hUC-MSCs in vitro culture and chondrogenic differentiation culture method is established to provide mechanical evidence for using a bioreactor in vitro in cartilage tissue engineering to perform large-scale amplification culture on cartilage seed cells and provide a basis for further studying a mechanical signal transduction mechanism in human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell chondrogenic differentiation under a stress loading condition.
