Abstract

The invention relates to a human body ligament tissue engineering bioreactor. The invention is characterized in that three upright columns (7) are symmetrically distributed and fixedly connected between a top tray (11) and a lower fixed tray (4); the lower fixed tray (4) is symmetrically distributed with six reactor culture chambers (17) in a circumferential mode; a linear drive motor (9) is installed on an upper fixed tray (8), and the output shaft of the linear drive motor (9) is connected to the center of a mobile tray (10); a linear displacement sensor (12) is installed on the upper fixed tray (8); a tensile/compressive stress and torque sensor (14) is connected with an anchor rod (16) through a coupling (15); a bracket is installed between the anchor rod (16) and an anchor bed (19); and a rotary drive motor (6) is installed at the center of the lower fixed tray (4). The invention can perform tension/compression and two-way torsional multidimensional stress loading, can automatically detect the loosening condition of the bracket and perform bracket loosening on-line compensation, and has the characteristics of simple and compact structure and high use convenience.
