Abstract
The invention discloses holocellulos composite aerogel and a preparation method thereof. Cellulose nano fibrils is added as a reinforcing phase in a conventional regenerated fiber aerogel preparationprocess, so that the problems that regenerated cellulose aerogel is high in density, low in specific surface area and liable to shrink in the preparation process can be solved. The preparation methodcomprises the following steps: firstly, dissolving cellulose by using a mixed system of an ionic liquid and a cosolvent; adding a cellulose nano fibrils/cosolvent suspension into the mixed system, performing uniform stirring, pouring the mixed system into a mold, further adding a regeneration solvent to form gel, performing washing by using the regeneration solvent so as to remove the ionic liquid, performing solvent exchange, and performing freeze drying or supercritical carbon dioxide, so as to obtain the aerogel. The holocellulos composite aerogel disclosed by the invention has a large specific surface area, good hydrophilcity, biocompatibility and biodegradability and stable chemical properties, and has wide application prospects in multiple fields such as biological medical materialssuch as wound repairing, antibacterial sterilization, cell culture, tissue engineering and medicine carriers.
