Abstract
The invention discloses a hollow-core electrostatic spinning nozzle which consists of an inner needle tube, an outer needle tube and a hollow tube, wherein a needle hole which is perpendicular to the axial direction of the inner needle tube and passes through the inner diameter of the inner needle tube transversely is processed in the inner needle tube; the surfaces of the inner needle tube, the outer needle tube and the hollow tube are all subjected to surface treatment; the hollow tube is coaxially mounted inside the inner needle tube; and the hollow tube and the inner needle tube are coaxially mounted inside the outer needle tube. The hollow-core electrostatic spinning nozzle has the beneficial effects that mixed electrostatic spinning of a solution of more than two different components can be achieved, great convenience can be brought to processing on functional fiber materials of core-shell structures and porous structures, and the hollow-core electrostatic spinning nozzle can be widely applied to fields of medicine slow release, tissue engineering, medicine carriers and the like, can be operated according to single needle tube nozzles, and is simple in operation process.
