Highly-oriented composite fiber film, and preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a highly-oriented composite fiber film, and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dispersing a high-molecular polymer and strontium-containing calcium sulfate in an organic solvent to obtain a composite solution; and subjecting the composite solution to wet-process spinning, washing and drying so as to obtain thehighly-oriented composite fiber film. The prepared highly-oriented composite fiber film compounded with strontium-containing calcium sulfate has high orientation degree, an order parameter of 0.9 ormore and good mechanical properties; meanwhile, the highly-oriented composite fiber film has both inorganic and organic components, simulates the composition and structure of natural bone and effectively improves the biocompatibility and osteoconductivity of stents; and the highly-oriented composite fiber film effectively slows down the degradation rate of strontium-containing calcium sulfate, realizes long-term slow release of strontium ions and has good application prospects in the aspect of bone defect repair in tissue engineering.
