High-toughness tissue engineering vascular scaffold and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of artificial tissue engineering scaffolds, and discloses a high-toughness tissue engineering vascular scaffold. The high-toughness tissue engineering vascular scaffold is prepared by blending and foaming PCL, PLA and TPU according to a mass ratio of (7-9):(1-3):(1-2). According to the tissue engineering vascular scaffold, the PCL and the PLA participate in the foaming process, the TPU does not participate in the foaming or slight foaming process and generates a micron-particle-scale structure inside a material, a micro-particle can serve as a cross-linking point, so that the toughness of the material is effectively improved, the elastic modulus reaches 3 MPa or above, and the elongation at break of the material can reach 400% or above. The invention further discloses a preparation method for the high-toughness tissue engineering vascular scaffold. The tissue engineering vascular scaffold and the preparation method thereof have the characteristics of being non-toxic and harmless, no extra solvent needs to be introduced, and good mechanical properties are achieved.
