According to the present invention, with the method, the gelation time, the toughness and other performances of the hydrogel can be controlled by changing the silk fibroin solution concentration, the crystallization type silk fibroin size, the crystallization type silk fibroin content, the self-assembly temperature and other parameters; and the method has characteristics of mild preparation process, no requirement of cross-linking agents and other toxic organic reagents, environmentally-friendly and controllable preparation conditions and no waste residue, provides the new method for the preparation of functional hydrogels, and can be used for biomedicine, tissue engineering and other fields.
