The invention relates to a high strength multistage micro-nano structural silicon-based bone repair scaffold material and a preparation method and application thereof, the multistage structural scaffold material with excellent mechanical properties is prepared from mesoporous silica based xerogel as a substrate by adding a mesoporous silica microsphere reinforcing agent, the prepared silicon-based bone repair scaffold material has highly-connected 200-500 mum micro scale macropores and 2-22nm nano mesoporous, the porosity is up to 60-90%, and the mechanical properties can reach up to 10MPa. The multistage micro-nano structural silicon-based bone repair scaffold material can be used as bone tissue engineering scaffolds and drug controlled release carriers and the like.
