High-porosity tissue engineering scaffold and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a high-porosity tissue engineering scaffold and a preparation method thereof. A porosity of the high-porosity tissue engineering scaffold is up to 90%, an average pore size isabout 260 mu m, and cut-through pores are mutually connected. The high-porosity tissue engineering scaffold is prepared from the following raw materials according to a formula (mass percentage content): 40-55% of base material, 3-8% of organic solvent, 1-4% of pore-foaming agent, 0.5-2% of hemostatic, 1.5-3% of bone morphogenetic protein, 2-5% of immunosuppressor, 3-5% of antibiotic, 2-8% of initiator, and 15-25% of water reservoir gel. A communication rate of the pores in the surface of the processed tissue engineering scaffold is good especially. The tissue engineering scaffold is not the same as a scaffold processed by a traditional method that pores on the surface are less, and a surface layer of a tissue engineering scaffold material needs to be additionally cut so as to improve connectivity between the pores preliminarily.
