Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-elasticity water-stable protein-based/epoxy composite superfine fiber tissue engineering scaffold. The preparation method comprises: preparing aspinning solution, wherein the components of the spinning solution include a protein, an epoxy compound, and a dispersant, and a chain extender according to requirements; electrospinning the spinningsolution into a scaffold, and then subjecting the scaffold to a stabilizing and strengthening post-treatment and a capping post-treatment in sequence to obtain the high-elasticity water-stable protein-based/epoxy composite superfine fiber tissue engineering scaffold. The scaffold comprises micro-nano fibers and a pore structure, wherein the pore structure is formed by disorderly piling the micro-nano fibers and has a porosity of 50-70% and an average pore size of 1-5 [mu]m. The preparation method provides morphological stability, elasticity and elastic recovery for a protein ultrafine fiber liquid phase, and effectively improves mechanical properties of protein ultrafine fibers. The scaffold widens the application field of the protein-based superfine fiber materials, promotes development of composite functional tissue repair materials, and can realize continuous production.
