Abstract
This invention relates to a kind of new gene conduction method for genetic engineering of both animals and plants-highly efficient ultrasonic wave gene conduction method. Said method is to take the ultrasonic wave acting on biological material in DNA solution, because the ultrasonic wave will make the cell membrane to produce a locally and temporay change in structure, and the DNA molecules in the solution may diffuse into the cells. The gene transfer method induced by ultrasonic wave will not be restricted by the scope of host, and may conduct the external source gene directly into the cells of plants with a wall, specially into the tissue blocks of the body of plants. It is much easier to regenerate plants from them than culture from the original plasmid. Ultrasonic wave gene conduction method also pocesses advantages of simple in installation and convenient in operation, with an extensive prospects of application in genetic engineering of both animals and plants.
