The high-efficiency plasma exchange system is characterized in that plasma is storedin a plasma storage device, the plasma in the plasma storage device is sent into a plasma separator by a plasma pump, and the plasma separated by the plasma separator is sent into a plasma component separator by a plasma component separator pump; the plasma separated by the plasma component separator is sent into a first cavity of a plasma transfer device through a first inlet; the plasma enteringthe first cavity is sent into a purifying device via a first outlet of the first cavity, the plasma purified by the purifying device is sent into a second cavity of the plasma transfer device througha second inlet and flows out via a second outlet, then the plasma is sent into a plasma exchange device by a plasma drainage device, and a culture medium of a bionic tissue engineering epithelial sheet is replaced by the plasma.
