Abstract

The invention discloses a high-bioactivity pulullan medical film based on low-immunity original collagen modification. Firstly, sodium periodate serves as a selective oxidant for open-loop oxidation to prepare oxidized pulullan. Secondly, low-immunity original collagen is added into oxidized pulullan solution, crosslinking agents are added after the solution is uniformly stirred, for example, 4-morpholineethanesulfonic (MES) acid is added, 1-ethyl-carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC) and N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) are added to perform reaction or a certain quantity of glutaraldehyde is added. Finally, the solution is dried to form a film to prepare the high-bioactivity low-immunity original collagen/oxidized pulullan composite medical film. The medical film has good biocompatibility, biodegradability, bio-security, mechanical strength and moisturizing properties, and can be used as a haemostatic material, a scaffold for tissue engineering, a high-grade dressing, a drug carrier material, abeauty material and the like.
