Abstract
The invention discloses a hierarchical-pore-containing bioactive glass/polylactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer composite scaffold and a preparation method thereof. The hierarchical-pore-containing bioactive glass/polylactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer (PLGA) composite scaffold is prepared through the following steps that bioactive glass, camphene and polylactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer (PLGA)are added in an organic solvent 1,4-dioxane in a certain proportion in sequence, ultrasonic treatment, stirring and uniform dispersing are conduced, then the mixture is poured into a mold, freeze drying is conducted after pre-frozen forming. The scaffold is simple in preparation process, convenient to operate and stable in quality; by adding the bioactive glass, the mechanical property can be supplemented and improved, and the good biological activity and osteoinductive property are achieved; in addition, by adding camphene, can build a multistage connected hole structure similar to a naturalbone can be bionically constructed, and the scaffold has good application prospects in the fields of bone defect repair, bone tissue engineering and the like.
