Abstract
The invention discloses a heterogenous intelligent tissue engineering patch. Cardiovascular diseases especially congenital cardiovascular malformationare and cardiovascular defect diseases are major diseases which jeopardize human health, a current frequently-used treatment means is patch repair, and a great quantity of artificial patch substitutes are needed clinically. By adoption of a TritonX-100+DNA/RNA enzymatic digestion decellularization antigen removal method for bovine pericardium extraction, a macromolecular substance PLGA, polyvinyl alcohol, VEGF and the like are used for preparingVEGF carried sustained-release microspheres through an emulsification volatilization method; a decellularized pericardium stent and the sustained-release microspheres are closely combined through a freeze-drying method to prepare the intelligent tissue engineering patch with a sustained-release function to hopefully solve problems in clinical patch repair, wherein the problems include autologous pericardium acquisition limitation, pericardium weakness, elasticity decline of polyester fiber patches infiltrated with normal saline or blood, proneness of the polyester fiber patches to blood leakage and postsurgical hemolysis, bacterial or fungal infection and the like, and proneness of synthetic patches to thrombosis, immunoreactions, infection, calcification, intimal hyperplasia and the like.Therefore, the heterogenous intelligent tissue engineering patch is a repair substitute for treatment of human cardiovascular diseases.
