Abstract
The invention discloses a halloysite composite hydrogel with the effect of promoting bone defect repair, and a preparation method and application thereof. The invention provides a halloysite compositehydrogel which can be used as a cell scaffold material and is obtained by forming photocrosslinking by a gelatin solution doped with halloysite under the action of a photoinitiator; wherein the concentration of the halloysite is 0.1-20%. The invention uses halloysite and double bond modified gelatin to successfully synthesize composite hydrogel with promoting bone defect repair function, the composite hydrogel can be used as an excellent scaffold material for bone tissue engineering, while the composite hydrogel having good mechanical properties, mechanical and biological properties can support the growth and osteogenic differentiation of osteocytes, and obviously promote the formation of new bone and repair bone defects. The composite hydrogel can be used in the treatment of periodontaltissue or bone defects, and has good clinical application prospects in the field of biomedical engineering and biomedical science.
