The recombinant protein with high purity is obtained, at the same time, an affinity chromatography step is reduced, the target protein flow and cost can be greatly simplified, the purity can achieve as high as 95%, the grass carp interleukin 21 recombinant protein has high active protein yield, the operation issimple and easy to operate, and the preparation cost is low.
