23 Jul Granulated high-molecular film, and preparation method and application thereof
Abstract
The invention relates to a granulated high-molecular film. The granulated high-molecular film is composed of high-molecular granules and a high-molecular film, and the high-molecular granules are inlaid in the surface of the smooth high-molecular film, so the granulated high-molecular film a rough surface morphology and is in favor of the adherence and propagation of cells; and the sizes of the surface granules are 50nm-3mum, and a distance between each two of the granules is 100nm-25mum. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the granulated high-molecular film. The method has a simple operation and a low cost, and the prepared granulated high-molecular film is a biodegradable material and allows nanometer granules or micrometer granules having different materials, different sizes and different distances to be inlaid on the surface. The granulated high-molecular film is used for culturing cells in the tissue engineering, has a better biocompatibility than traditional smooth high-molecular films, and is in favor of the adherence and propagation of the cells.
