Abstract

The invention provides a gelatin grafting PLGA fiber electrospinning method, which comprises the processes that PLGA is dissolved in a solvent to obtain a PLGA solution; after the PLGA solution and an alkaline solution take reaction, drying is performed to form a membrane; the membrane is activated; the membrane is soaked in a gelatin warm water solution, and drying is performed; the membrane is dissolved in a solvent for electrospinning, and the like. By a chemical grafting method, gelatin is chemically bonded on the PLGA to form a polymer; then, the polymer is spun into the fiber by an electrostatic spinning method. The preparation process of the method is simple; the requirements on reaction conditions are low; the realization is easy. The fiber obtained by the method has good mechanical property, hydrophilia and biocompatibility; wide application prospects are realized in the field of tissue engineering.
