Gel prepared by in situ crosslinking hyaluronic acid and polyaspartic acid and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses gel prepared by in situ crosslinking a hyaluronic acid and a polyaspartic acid, and a preparation method thereof. The hyaluronic acid and polysuccinimide are taken as raw materials. The preparation method specifically comprises the following steps of: oxidizing the hyaluronic acid with an oxidant to produce hyaluronic acid derivatives with a dialdehyde group, grafting and modifying the polysuccinimide with a diamine compound to produce polyaspartic acid derivatives with a diamine group, dissolving the two high-polymer derivatives into buffer solution respectively, mixing the two kinds of obtained solution and gelating the mixed solution by condensation reaction. The preparation method has the advantages of simple process, moderate reaction process, short and controllable gelation time, and no need of a crosslinking agent used in the gel preparation process. The prepared hydrogel has stable performance, high biocompatibility and biodegradability, and can be used in the fields of tissue engineering, ambolic materials and medicament controlled-release in an injection way.
