Abstract

The invention discloses a gas permeability detecting device and determination method for a tissue engineering porous scaffold. The device includes a gas conveying part, a material fixing part, a flow velocity display part and a monitoring part. The gas conveying part is composed of a micro injection pump and a syringe; a to-be-detected porous scaffold is fixed at the bottom of the syringe, and gas passes through a material from the syringe via the injection pump at a certain rate and then reaches the flow velocity display part; the flow velocity display part is composed of a Tee converter, a guide pipe and another vertically placed syringe; the gas flow velocity is displayed by a way of adopting the gas to push a floater located at the middle part of the syringe, and flow velocity detection is completed by a camera. The gas permeability detecting device has the advantages of simple operation and high testing accuracy, and can realize the gas permeability test of the small-size three-dimensional porous scaffold; and the test result is reliable.
