Abstract
The invention discloses a fusion protein of a genetic recombinant human corticotropin and an albumin and an expression method. The human corticotropin is also called adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH)which is the unique specific drug for clinically treating convulsion of infant with the age under two. Human serum albumin (ALB) can stabilize other proteins in the body. A fusion protein expressionplasmid of genetic recombinant ACTH and ALB is optimally designed and constructed through a genetic engineering technology. The ACTH and the ALB are connected through a substrate recognition sequence(tPAst) of tissue plasminogen activator, the tPAst can be recognized and hydrolyzed by the tissue plasminogen activator, and therefore free ACTH and ALB can be gradually released.
