Fusing electrostatic spraying device and application thereof

Abstract

A fusing electrostatic spraying device comprises a control box, a liquid supply system, a liquid inlet pipe, a spray gun handle, a spray nozzle, an air flow guide pipe and a high-voltage wire. A high-voltage power source and an air pump are arranged in the control box. The spray nozzle is located at the front end of the spray gun handle, and a metal needle is arranged in the spray nozzle. The metal needle is connected with the liquid supply system through the liquid inlet pipe, and the pipe wall of the liquid inlet pipe is connected with the high-voltage power source through the high-voltage wire. An air flow channel is formed between the outer wall of the metal needle and the inner wall of the spray nozzle, the air flow channel is communicated with the air flow guide pipe through the spray gun handle and the air flow guide pipe is further connected with the air pump. The liquid supply system is composed of a feeding system, a fusing heating system and a hydraulic system. After materials to be sprayed are sent into the fusing heating system through the feeding system, the materials enter the liquid inlet pipe under pushing of the hydraulic system after being fused and then flow into the metal needle, the control box controls the magnitude of voltage and the magnitude of currents, and therefore air-flow-guided directional in-situ electrostatic spraying is realized. The fusing electrostatic spraying device can be widely applied to the fields of medical bleeding stopping, war wound emergency treatment, tissue engineering, beauty products and industrial spraying.
