23 Jul Functional tissue engineering scaffold material and preparation method thereof
Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of a functional tissue engineering scaffold material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) soaking SIS in a modifier, thus obtaining a functional thin film component; and (2) compounding the functional thin film component and SIS with antigens removed, wherein the modifier is selected from one or more of polylysine, polylysine-aspartic acid copolymer, and chitosan solution. According to the preparation method of the functional tissue engineering scaffold material, through active amino or positive charges on the surface of polylysine, polylysine-aspartic acid copolymer or chitosan, different functional properties are endowed to two sides of the material, and thus the tissue repair material which is low in toxicity and good in cell compatibility and has functionality is obtained. Due to different functional properties on two sides, the material has special advantages when used as a nerve repair material or the tissue repair material of the circulation system or the urinary system.
